Positive: The pool area was well maintained, with enough comfortable sun beds for everyone. The beach was a delight, with a bar and a restroom conveniently located nearby. The staff were generally super welcoming, professional, and friendly. The Friday DJ set was amazing.

Negative: Overall, this is not a 5-star experience. The shower was extremely narrow, had no door, and left the entire bathroom soaked after each use. The room layout was poor; The door opened right next to the bed, and the closet was hard to access, squeezed between the bathroom door and the coffee/fridge stand. No smart TV. The resort is full of stairs and steep climbs, so getting around is tiring. To reach the bar or restroom from the pool, you have to walk through a restaurant/reception area, which feels awkward when you’re in a bathing suit. The beach had too few sun beds, and they were packed too close together because the area is small. Food quality was inconsistent; Some days great, some days like sloppy leftovers. The meat was often dry, and finding fruit worms in the orange juice was unacceptable. One of the reception staff was rude and dismissive.
