Park the car and walk everywhere - the beach, cafes, convenience store, playgrounds, skate park and more. The parklands and walkways are second to none and if you have a four-legged member in your family then this precinct is perfect! Back home relax on the large deck with a glass of wine after another amazing day in paradise.
The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is your "home away from home" in an unbeatable location. The house is raised off the ground by 2 steps.
The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 1 single bed & triple bunk ( single on top /double underneath ) The main bathroom has a seperate shower and full sized bath . There is a separate toilet and the laundry is a separate room with direct access to the outside clothesline. All of the house rooms have ceiling fans as well as reversed cycle air conditioning. Most days there is a beautiful breeze flowing throughout the house. Dedicated workspace available.
Please note all linen is included - just BYO beach towels.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and yard as well as enough space for 2-3 cars or for a small boat, caravan or jetski.
There is a pin pad coded keyless entry for easy self check in.

Regular buses go to Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. Approx 1hr 10mins to Brisbane Airport. Approx 40 mins to Maroochydore Airport

Please read the welcome book provided on arrival which includes all our house rules, appliance instructions, wi-fi details, local places to go etc.! This house has new reversed cycle air conditioning throughout the whole house. Premium WIFI speeds thru Telstra of 105.6 Mbphs download and 42.8 Mbphs upload. Smart TV with chromecasting. Other activities while at Dicky Beach, you can take beach walks or bike riding on pathways thru beach forestry and dunes to Currimundi Lake and Moffat Beach headlands.
Large areas of off-leash dog friendly beaches to choose from close-by. Please keep pets off the beds and furniture.
Currimundi lake provides flat water area on the beach which is a fantastic day for the kids. Moffat Beach brewing Company at Moffat Beach is also a great area to visit which offers a large kids playground opposite.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers. Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
