Summary: Upon arrival, was offered no help with my 2 suitcases and 4 bags. Upon entering my room at 12:30am after a lengthy check in, it stunk of cigarettes. I’d specifically asked for a non smoking room, so I had to move all my things to another room. Got to the other room finally about 12:50 - got into bed after travelling all day and 20 minutes later after I’d fallen asleep someone knocked on my door to offer me a bottle of water at 1:30am!!!! The next day, came back to my room after a day at work and the room stunk of cigarettes. The cleaner must have been a heavy smoker. I requested at reception next day that no one was to enter my room and lo and behold… someone went in my room. All my things had been moved. The manager offered my breakfast as an apology. Went down to breakfast and she hadn’t told them so they said I couldn’t eat there. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
