A quiet suburb located just 7km from Brisbane CBD with shops, parks, transport and cafes all located within a short walking distance from the home.
You’ll have full access to the house with the exception of one store room downstairs.
Located 50m from the bus stop, 1.5km to Indooroopilly train station. It's a 5 minute walk to Ambrose Tracey College and a short drive to Indooroopilly shopping centre with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, gyms, supermarkets and cinemas. We are a 9 minute drive to Queensland University (St Lucia). Travel west for a 6 minute drive and you’ll find Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, DFO Jindalee and the Homemaker Centre.
Walk across the road (100m), you’ll find the Metro West shopping village that offers an organic market, coffee/cafe, bakery, domino’s pizza, Thai restaurant, and a vintage cellar bottle shop to name a few. Pop across Mogill Rd, and you’ll find the super popular Suburban Social (micro brewery/bar), and a lovely cafe called Peach & Billy. Walk a little further and you’ll discover the Indooroopilly Riverwalk which is a lovely walk and starts at the end of Witton Road.
The house is quaint cottage that is very comfortable, pet friendly and suitable for all with a fully fenced yard and an outdoor fire pit!!
