Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 10 pm-8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
* For stays over 14 nights, cleaning and linen change is required and charged to the guest at $180 per clean/linen change.
