The apartment is stylish, modern, fully equipped apartment. The expansive 60m2 balcony with it's gas BBQ and seating is perfect for entertaining. It also features the most epic 180 degree views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. The balcony even has it's own home-made, up-cycled micro-vertical water wise indigenous (edible & medicinal) herb garden!

The neighbourhood is ideally situated between the city center, CTICC (5 mins walk), the world-famous V&A waterfront and Long Street (10 mins walk). There is also a huge range of fantastic bars, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops and more all within a 5-15 minute walk in the local area.
