Positive: Room set up. Views of Brisbane. Locality to South Bank and things to do and see. Locality to transport. Locality to restaurants. Locality to Brisbane CBD. Family holiday, so each had their own bathroom and separate areas. The apartment was big enough that we weren't tripping over each other. Very good location to share a 25th birthday with family that you haven't seen in a while.

Negative: Dishwasher not working Broken chair legs Laundry door not securing and opening impeding in opening main door. Stains on carpet. There was little to no hot water in all 3 showers and sinks for the 3 day stay. Dirty/scratched cooking pans. Heated towel rack in main bathroom not secure in wall. Feet were black from walking around on the floor and balconies. Sticky floor. Scuff marks on walls. We go for an apartment, so you have the ability to cook in-house. Especially on family occasions. Picking up keys from a different location is a very stressful ordeal before enjoying your holiday. No parking. It's hard to find amongst other businesses. Unnecessary procedure when there is a reception in the lobby. Expectation of the unit overall for the price you pay per day was a bit disappointing. You should be paying for more than just a view. This was a special birthday surprise for our sons 25th. The little easy to fix things brought the quality down.
