Positive: The service was pleasant from start to finish. We were genuinely impressed that the staff spoke English, which can often be a challenge in Mexico. A big advantage was the option to check in late and check out as late as noon. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was excellent — fresh juice or a fruit plate, coffee, and chilaquiles.

Negative: There is complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby, but the only downside was that when we wanted to make tea after arriving, there was no hot water at that moment.
