Positive: Absolutely fantastic location with a breathtaking view of the sea – the terrace is simply irresistible. While there is direct access to the sea from the property, it may present a slight challenge for non-swimmers or children. However, a nicer beach is within walking distance, though it's more rocky than sandy. Although the house lacks air conditioning, each room is equipped with a fan, and the temperatures have been quite comfortable for sleeping, with no humidity issues. The house is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need. A touch of renovation to update the windows and screens could be beneficial. The owner, George, lives in a separate unit downstairs and is incredibly friendly and helpful. He loves tending to the garden, keeping everything beautifully maintained, and we had some lovely conversations with him.

Negative: There was a bit of a struggle with mosquitos due to the terrace doors lacking mosquito screens and some screens in the rooms having small imperfections. However, this is a minor drawback in an otherwise delightful property. Opening and closing the gate manually can be a slight inconvenience without a remote control, and the internet speed is a bit slow for a group of six people.
