Private Waterfront - look right down to the water’s edge, invites you to connect with nature, sip your morning coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise. Close your eyes - feeling you’re on a tropical getaway.
NOTES:
Please note that the downstairs area is a completely separate and isolated section of the premises, designated solely as the Manager’s Office.
It is not used for accommodation and may be occupied occasionally during stocktakes, inventory refills, or other management-related duties.
For everyone’s safety, outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras, including the balcony. Please take note before booking.
Dog Policy
The yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for your dog while you’re out.
Only small dogs are permitted inside the house. They are not allowed on indoor furniture or carpeted areas.
Your dog is welcome to stay on the back veranda, which is located right next to the lounge area.
A penalty fee of $200 per dog will apply if evidence is found of dogs being on indoor furniture or carpeted areas.
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $200 penalty will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of smoke.
Any excessive rubbish left behind will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Passenger Ferry (Without a Car)
