Outdoor dining is also available to you and your guests plus a BBQ to enjoy alfresco meals while you watch the kids jump in and out of the pool. Once you have exhausted activities for the day, relax and enjoy a movie in the separate media room inclusive of huge screen and movie style seating ... total indulgence.
Boasting an eclectic style and plenty of space your sleeping areas are comfortable and offer room for your clothes and personal items. All 3 bedrooms offer Queen Size Beds.
We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
With a full bathroom including tub plus large ensuite and kitchen with all items required to cook a family meal, this property is fully equipped for a real home away from home holiday.

We live in a great neighborhood with a park featuring a lake and shops all within walking distance.
We have provided 2 bikes if you want to ride to the shops and some tennis racquets if you fancy a game.
Bellvista Shopping Precinct within a minutes 'drive or 3-minute walk with IGA Supermarket, highly recommended by locals pizzeria, doctor, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser and 'The Clubhouse' Tavern with spacious outdoor beer garden with big screen TV, sports bar, TAB, Keno, pool table, enclosed kids area and great meals!
Izba Espresso Coffee is a 10-minute walk and a nice treat to incorporate with exercise!

Please note that the pool is solar heated but not electronically boosted, meaning whilst it is a heated pool the temperature is still subject to weather conditions. Multiple factors will impact upon the temperature of the swimming pool during the winter months. On average, solar pool heating will increase your pool temperature by 5 – 15 degrees more than it's current temperature.
