ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE:
Caloundra Beach Townhouse is a Pet friendly, freestanding 3 bedroom home.
400m to Beach, 200m to Restaurants / Shops / Cafes (Our Main St).
Fully fenced with a grassed courtyard area at the front, room to roam around the side and a rear undercover entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, it is an ideal vacation and location for the entire family, including your four legged family member.
The Townhouse is located at the back of the block in a quiet complex.
The generous open plan living / kitchen area, fully tiled with a comfy lounge suite, 101cm T.V, Dvd and Free WiFi. The living area has fixed temp air conditioning (24 degrees).
The black granite kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Coffee machine for grinds and a Coffee machine for Pods.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms are comfy and Carpeted.
The main bedroom has the warmth of a timber/rattan Queen bed and the comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom also has a T.V.
The second bedroom has a King Bed which converts into 2 Singles.
The third bedroom has a single bed with a Trundle (upon request).
Both with sliding glass doors to the balcony and ceiling fans.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs.
This holiday home does have a Cleaning Expectation as no cleaning costs are incorporated into your holiday rental rate. Linens & Towels provided - Launder on departure. Cleaning expectations available upon request or a snapshot of Cleaning expectations can be found in "Photos". If you wish to NOT meet the Cleaning Expectation....A Cleaner can be booked on request, prior to arrival at a cost of $140.
The Cleaner is paid directly by you, an envelope will be left in the holiday home for payment.
The Townhouse presents as light, clean and comfortable with warm neutral tones and timbers.
- On request we can supply a highchair at no extra cost.
- The property also has a single remote garage.
NOTE: Pls be careful of garage entry height if you have a 4 wheel drive / roof racks - max height is 1.75cm.

PET FRIENDLY:
FOR YOUR DOG: Warm water outdoor doggie wash for after those carefree beach visits. We supply food & water bowls. Small Doggy door in the rear screen door.
Happy Valley Beach is a short stroll. This is our local Dog Friendly Park and Beach on leash area.
More Dog Friendly Beaches are only minutes away - by direct route.
2.4 km to Moffat Beach - Pet Friendly all day long - Off lead before 8am and after 4pm.
2.8km to Dicky / Currimundi Beach - Off lead at all times.
PET FRIENDLY Terms & Conditions:
We accept dogs up to 25kg (over 25kg by consultation) - Maximum of 2 dogs.
Pets must be well behaved. Owners are asked to keep their dogs QUIET and under full control.
- No Diggers or Barkers please as we are in a quiet complex.
Guest are asked to take their Dogs out with them whenever possible, as if left unattended for long periods they can fret and become a disturbance to others.
Pets are welcome inside.
- downstairs only - NO pets on furniture or beds please.
- NO pets allowed upstairs, unless by prior agreement.

BULCOCK BEACH: Bulcock Beach & Esplanade are 400 metres with Waterfront Restaurants & Cafes. Along the esplanade are BBQ's and Picnic Tables. Bulcock Beach is a patrolled beach.
HAPPY VALLEY BEACH: Happy Valley Beach & Parklands are a short stroll. It has a playground with more BBQ's, picnic areas & Espresso kiosk.
KINGS BEACH: Kings Beach and Water Parkland are also close by, an easy stroll along the boardwalk. This is also patrolled and the Seaside Ocean Pool is free. Kings Beach has beachside Cafes, Restaurants & our Surf Club.
Caloundra is home to seven of the most stunning beaches on the Sunshine Coast. Meandour along our Coastal Walking Paths and discover all the beautiful beaches of Caloundra.
In order of closest to Townhouse:
Bulcock Beach - Happy Valley Beach - Kings Beach - Shelly Beach - Moffat Beach - Dicky Beach - Currimundi Beach - Golden Beach is also close, but is directional to the right of the Townhouse.
Your nearest park is 130m from the Townhouse on Nutley St.
Cleaning: This property does have a cleaning expectation - We request that guests leave the property in the clean & tidy condition to which it was presented to them.
The home is to be left Dog hair free and gardens poop free, regardless of your chosen Cleaning option.

This is a relaxing holiday home which will accommodate 5 guests in comfort.
Well located at 1/ 9 Suller St, Caloundra.
- 400m to the Beach - 200m to Bulcock St (our Main St) shopping precinct, Restaurants / Cafes, Cinemas - 350m to our local Coles Supermarket & Kmart - 150m to the Events Centre.
On Sundays we have the Bulcock St Markets.
Close to the Townhouse: Bulcock Beach & Esplanade, Happy Valley Parklands and the boardwalk to Kings Surf Beach or relax by the calm waters of Golden Beach which overlooks Pumicestone passage to views of Bribie island. Here you can hire boats (no licence required) and meandour over to the pristine National Park shores of Bribie.
Other local activities include: Surfing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Skydiving, Kayaking, Fishing, Day & Sunset Cruises.
Other local Town activities include: Bulcock St Markets, Caloundra Country Markets, Rollerskating, Cinemas.
For most a visit to our area would not be complete without a visit to:

Close to Caloundra: Close by we have the spectacular Glasshouse Mountains, a stunning series of 13 Volcanic crags. They provide a stunning backdrop to Caloundra and challenge climbers and bushwalkers alike.
In the hinterland region we have the gorgeous townships of Montville & Maleny, where you can explore Galleries, Antique shops, quaint Cafes, Good Country food and Fine dining.
The hinterland region also offers many wonderful walks including the ancient rainforest of Mary Cairncross National Park.
The Sunshine Coast has World Class diving Sites. One of the most popular is the wreck of the HMAS Brisbane, a former guided missile destroyer. It was sunk 2.8 nautical miles off the north-east coast of Mooloolaba on July 31st 2005.
