The villa is located at the Cairns One complex which consisting of 468 Luxury Apartments and Villas, just minutes from the Cairns CBD.
It is a gated residential community with onsite security from 6am-6pm.

Please note there is a large staircase on the property with no child-gate available. If you have small children, they will need to be supervised.
This is a residential community, so please no loud noise. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. No parties & no pets.
