The space features a large open plan living area with a plush sofa and a fireplace to keep you cozy for those winter nights, that opens onto an outdoor entertaining patio with BBQ, outdoor dining and an inviting private magnesium pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with your cooking essentials as well as modern appliances including slick stone bench tops, family size 900mm oven, built-in stove top, smart fridge, dishwasher, zip tap (including cold, sparkling and hot water) and a Nespresso coffee machine. The additional butlers pantry offers a large amount of storage and makes this kitchen a dream to cook up your holiday meals. A built in breakfast bar with seating for 2 and looks out onto the pool area.
The large lounge offers seating for 6-8, a smart Samsung TV with Netflix, Sonos, free Wi-Fi and a beautiful built-in fireplace. The dining table offers seating for 6.
Ducted and zoned air-conditioning is available throughout the home and a central iPad display controls all aspects of the home simplistically including the lights, power and air-conditioning.
For those needing to catch up on some work while away or planning a working holiday, there is a private office tucked away in the front corner of the home.
Open up the sliding doors to the patio with BBQ and pool. The backyard is fully fenced (6 feet high) and offers a place for swim, play or relax. There is also a separate guest toilet and vanity downstairs.

Callan and I had the house previously managed by a host company which we have taken over from now so the reviews from the guests who stayed previously are just screenshotted as the reviews are under the ex-manager's profile and are still relevant. We've always been involved in the process and want to maintain the high standard for our guess throughout whilst sharing our home with them.
