The property (both indoor and outdoor) is styled with open plan living and caters well to young families. To the left is the kitchen and living area with bifold doors leading onto the patio with BBQ and pool. The backyard is fully fenced (6 feet high) and offers a place for swim, play or relax.

The house is 50m to Bokarina Surf Beach, There are two patrolled beaches nearby. 500m to shops and cafes. It's walking distance to Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks close by.

- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
