Villa Sunshine is a luxurious of 135 sqm, fully equipped residence with a pool, a lovely garden and a outstanding view of the sea and the green mountains of Ancient Epidavros, Argolis.
The villa is fully equipped and consists of two levels.
The first level, offers a direct access to the pool and the bbq area, includes a semi-separate spacious living room with a fireplace and spacious kitchen room. From the living room everyone can take in the beautiful pool and the sea view. On the same floor, also is a spacious bathroom, a bright and independent bedroom with two single beds (which can be a double), as well as a small laundury room.
The marble staircase, guides to the second level, where are the three remaining bedrooms of the villa and an additional bathroom.
The first two bedrooms are equipped with single beds, everyone of those has direct access to externally balcony offering a beautiful, panoramic view.
Especially for families with small children, there is the possibility of using a baby cot (up to 6kg).

Finally, the third bedroom offers a double bed and a separate balcony, overseeing the garden, the mountains and the endless blue of the sea.
