Coolangatta beach front resort. Unit sleeps 6 people with 2 bedroom and a fold out lounge. Available Xmas period from the 20th to 27th December 2025. Free Wi-Fi available
High demand week. Please Note - Must be booked for 7 days minimum and maximum
Building is situated overlooking Coolangatta’s patrolled beach. Please note I can not guarantee which unit is allocated as it is at the discretion of resort management. However all units have views to ocean. I can make a request for anywhere from 1 to 17 floor and I have so far been fortunate to be allocated the unit I wanted. 5 units per floor, 2 at back and 3 at front.
The master bedroom incorporates Queen bed and Ensuite
Second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower
Separate laundry with washer machine, dryer and a basin
Modern fully equipped kitchen - Microwave, dishwasher, oven, full sized fridge, cutlery and all crockery
Very spacious living area with a lounge which can be converted to a sofa bed,
TV/cable/DVD player and stereo system
Air-conditioned with fans.
One car can be parked under building, which is secure parking. Public parking spots across the road.
Resort comprises a large swimming pool and a small children’s pool, spa & sauna, beautiful BBQ area within landscaped gardens, gym, half sized tennis court, mini putt putt golf, games room with pool and table tennis table and bar, etc.
A large variety of well-maintained bicycles can be used for free by all guests to enjoy on the many dedicated ocean paths to multiple locations. Some other items can also be used, i.e: boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc.
A variety of cafés and restaurants with fantastic options for eating out at breakfast, lunch or dinner are located directly under building and within close walking distance of main streets, cinema, beaches are all within walking distance.
