Summary: Great location if you want to be close to the Esplanade. Lack of provisions such as toilet paper and tea and coffee was inconvenient. No streaming services provided on the TV. The unit was not cleaned well. Every noise from upstairs apartment can be heard, which would be fine if the residents weren't intoxicated and obnoxious until late into the evening. It would have been better if the little things were improved.
