Negative: Apartment generally shabby. Owner obviously has not spent a cent upgrading their retirement nest egg for many years. Seen better presented, clean & equipped kitchens in student digs. Kitchen cutlery, crockery & pots & pans need updating along with the kitchen- quite insulting. Fabric chairs in bedrooms heavily stained; dining table seen better days, ensuite basin with a mirror cabinet above renders the basin unuseable, as one hits ones head. No fan in the windowless ensuite. Very low & unacceptable level of cleanliness. Deck awni g mouldy- never cleaned. Other friends staying down off Hastings St. in equally shabby accommo & the general consensus is that in the 28 years we've been visiting Noosa- prices just keep climbing and standards keep dropping. Windows & doors only opened in one bedroom, so can't get airflow through the apt; especially important on our last day with a 9 hour power outage on the hottest October day recorded- 37degrees. Windows in lounge jammed shut. Letting Agents @Accomm Noosa next to useless on every level- from pre arrival not answering email questions to responding upon arrival to a facility related question - "couldn't tell you love". No word from Accomm Noosa on power outage day.
