Summary: The room was very hot and it had holes on the floor. The shower was dirty. The staff was good. The bells men that was there the day we arrive was Amazing, he helped us with everything and brought our luggage to the room and explained more to us about the room than the front desk. The pool was a disappointment and dirty. It smelled bad. I would not be staying here again. I guess they put me in the room they did because I did not pay the $400 plus dollars.
