A perfect for exploring Launceston — and like Aunt Sarah we hope that every guest who stays will love it just as much. Restored with love and care, Aunt Sarah's is filled with carefully collected vintage and eclectic treasures and many foraged botanical finds. It is a small comfortable space celebrating a typical street fronted cottage and certainly doesn't aspire to be a luxury hotel and that’s just how Aunt Sarah liked it. Enjoy being closely located to Launceston's premier restaurant strip and many of Launceston's premier attractions. Two cosy bedrooms for up to 4 guests allow you to spend time in comfort with your loved ones. Fall into high-quality mattresses and linen for a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. She has a well-equipped country style kitchen, new bathroom, open plan dining, and lounge. A huge outdoor entertaining area is located at the rear of the cottage with more of Aunt Sarah’s collected and repurposed treasures. Coffee, tea, and basic provisions are provided and there are grocers located a short stroll away along with a wide array of restaurants and Cafés. A short drive from local attractions including the Cataract Gorge, Launceston City Part, and the Tamar Valley wine route. You will have Aunt Sarah's all to yourself. The property is free for you to access. Just prior to your stay you will be sent check-in instructions and the lock box is located at the rear of the cottage. Please note, we don't provide: - a cot or highchair for babies (you are more than welcome to bring your own) Provided: - a Smart TV (with access to Netflix using your own subscription) - a washing machine located in the bathroom - clean linen on beds and 1x towel per guest (please ensure that your booking accurately reflects the number of guests including children) - a hairdryer - a amazing location, and walking distance to a super awesome restaurants and cafes, and closely located to stunning attractions - a small amount of tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper - toilet paper (2 rolls), washing-up liquid and cloths, hand soap, bin bags x 2, bug spray It is essential for our guests to have travel insurance.
