This newly renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom House is near to everything that Toowoomba has to offer. It is our family home that we let out during our time away. It has everything to make your stay comfortable.
Close to St Andrew's hospital, Wilsonton Shopping Centre, parks and a short drive to the city centre.
Netflix available on the main television in the Lounge Room.
Pets are not allowed. If you turn up with a pet you will be asked to leave with no refund given.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and Single bed on the top.
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single beds
This is a lovely quite part of the city close to St Andrew's Hospital, Scared Heart School and Function centre, the Toowoomba Airport and Wilsonton Shopping Centre with easy access to their supermarkets, chemist, bottle shop, cafes, lots of fast food outlets and a lovely family friendly hotel that servers delicious meals.
A quick 4km drive into the city centre.
Outside parking only under a double carport - no access to the garage.
No parties allowed - all consideration is to be given to our neighbours. A maximum of 7 guests and please list the names of all who will be staying when you put in your request to stay.

This is our home and we rent it out during our time away. We will not be at the property during your stay but you will be greeted by a friend who will give you access and show you around the house. If our friend is not available, we will contact you via an email and tell you how to access the house and its facilities. we are always contactable by phone or email.
We are not coffee drinkers, so we don't have a fancy coffee machine! We do supply a minimal amount of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits upon your arrival.
A welcome book will detail all the things you need to know about the property and the city in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible.
Cleaning is only completed upon departure. For long term stays, cleaning can be arranged by our cleaner for a fee. Please let us know if you would like this service.
House Rules:
* All guest names must be listed at the time of your request and only listed guests are allowed to stay. Maximum of 7 guests allowed.
* We expect guests to leave the house in the same condition they entered it in.
* Do NOT leave dishes in the dishwasher. All dishes must be wash, dried and placed back in the cupboards before your departure.
* If you accidentally make a mess, clean up after yourself.
* If you accidentally break something, be kind and let us know.
* No smoking indoors - only outside. Clean up ALL butts and ash if you do smoke outdoors.
* No parties allowed - all consideration should be given to our neighbours.
* Please turn off all lights, heaters and air-conditioners when you vacate the house.
* Pets are not allowed.
