The Space:
As you step into the ground floor of the townhouse, you’ll be greeted by a stylish open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Glass sliding doors open onto a cosy outdoor patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, perfect for relaxing with the outdoor sofa setting and BBQ.
Inside, the living space offers two comfortable leather sofas, a smart TV, a six-seater dining table, and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster, everything you need for a convenient stay. Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms and one bathroom:
Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious and beautifully appointed master suite featuring a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and sliding doors that open onto the front balcony.
Bathroom 1: A newly renovated, generous-sized bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, freestanding bath, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: A coastal-inspired room with a double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and sliding doors leading to the front balcony.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for a child, this bedroom includes a king single bed, wardrobe cupboard and a ceiling fan.
Laundry: The downstairs laundry features a front-loading washing machine, sink, and an additional toilet.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire two-storey townhouse, single garage and private patio area. There is also free street parking available in the court.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 11-minute walk (800m) to David Low Way where the bus can be caught to Coolum Beach, Noosa (northbound) and the Airport, Maroochydore (southbound).

*This townhouse is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
