Enter the residence and you’ll find a convenient work station to your right, then continue on to a sleek, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the dining table seats four. The lounge area features a comfy sofa and flat screen TV, and then flows on to a large outdoor terrace via glass sliding doors. There you’ll find another dining table and chairs, two lounge chairs and coffee table with peaceful views of the Brisbane River, just perfect for relaxing al fresco.
The Space:
The good sized bedroom has a queen size bed and walk-through robe which takes you to a two-way bathroom and separate toilet. More glass sliding doors connect the bedroom to terrace and more riverfront views. The bedroom and open plan living areas are fully air-conditioned. An enclosed European style laundry has a top loading washing machine and separate dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in Brisbane’s sought-after suburb West End, the apartment block features its own outdoor pool. Just outside, Riverside Walk is closed off to cars and gets plenty of use with pedestrians and cyclists. It provides an easy walk right into the Brisbane’s City (Downtown). There’s also a ferry stop a hundred metres from the building. If you have a car, the apartment comes with a secure undercover car space, and the car park has direct lift access to your floor.

Many popular Brisbane attractions are close by, including the Convention Centre and the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC). * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
