In the afternoon, enjoy watching the sun set over the hinterland whilst sitting on the large balcony or entertain guests on the deck equipped with a BBQ. The stylish renovated bathroom is also well equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

This property is also fitted with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fan in the main bedroom.

There is one car space for a small car and Wifi is included.

* Please note this unit is located on 3rd level and there are no lifts within the complex - stairs only. The car space is tight and won't accommodate every vehicle. Please check with us first, otherwise there is free street-parking, subject to availability.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party policy; No Commercial Functions policy.

As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
