Main house upstairs with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 very spacious living areas. 3 large smart t.v's throughout with Netflix and wifi included! The giant rumpus downstairs leads to the pool and entertainment area that has an outdoor kitchen/bar fridge and BBQ. Day beds for relaxing both upstairs and downstairs.There is also a Separate 2 bed self contained unit downstairs with its own kitchen, bathroom and outdoor entertainment area. Double carport for undercover car parking at the front of the house, fire pit with bench seating out the back and great lawn out the front to play those family games such as boules, croquet etc. There are also numerous books and board games inside. You won't need a car once your here as everything is within a short stroll from the house! Beach, cafe's, shops, surf clubs, pubs, restaurants, take aways, Ocean st, the Plaza, skate park, duck pond, kids play parks etc.
