A relaxing holiday home, nestled privately between the Tugun cafe hub and the beach, our 2 storey, dual living & fully fenced house and garden make our location great for families, shared friends and pets.
You'll be a 100m walk to great surf, restaurants, Tugun SLSC, the coast's best cafe gems, 9 cafes within 100m! IGA, chemist, bus stop, bank, bakery, salons, bottle shop & every other convenience.
A sprawling fig tree shades the upstairs outdoor living area, with a large outdoor modular couch and a quaint dining setting, a cool sea breeze and plenty of natural light. Enjoy hand feeding the lorkieets and cockatoos that visit the balcony daily with our sunflower seeds & fresh eggs from our 3 happy hens.
Fully fenced and secure garden makes a great play area for kids and pets, with plenty of shade, a BBQ, outdoor shower and downstairs covered outdoor decking area with bean bags and coffee table.
All queen bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans, with a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area and pedestal fan in the bunk room.
Our home caters for small children also, with a retractable gate on the internal stairs, a safe and efficient induction cook top and a triple glazed oven to protect wandering little hands.
Our home is fully fitted with all the necessities you'll need for your stay.

Just 50m from Tugun beach, we're an easy 10 minute stroll along the beach front to Currumbin beach and the Currumbin Bird Sanctuary.
Convenient M1 highway access just 1km, so an easy drive to Dream World, Wet n Wild, Sea World and Movie World.
40 minute drive to Byron Bay.
The main bus stop is at the end of our driveway. just 20 metres. This will take you anywhere on the Gold Coast, including airport, theme parks, Surfers Paradise and every other Gold Coast attraction.
Bedrooms:
All double, queen and king beds are ready made with duvet, linen and towels. The top single bunk bed will have bedding provided, folded and placed on the bed. We also have spare bath towels available.
The main bedroom upstairs has an extremely comfortable king size bed with built in wardrobes.
Second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobes and window bay.
Third upstairs bedroom has bunk beds, with a double below and single above. This room also has built in wardrobes, with kids books, toys, board games, frisbee and a pedestal fan.
The downstairs bedroom is fully self contained, with kitchenette, bathroom, tea station and ultra comfortable womb chair. Great for relaxing!
We will also provide a spare mattress, fully prepared with linen and towels, when required for extra guests, as well as additional bedding for the ultra comfortable king modular couch when booking for 11 guests or more.
Laundry:
The internal laundry is down stairs and is fully fitted with washer, dryer, detergent, clothes line, iron, ironing board and spare fridge and freezer. Please feel free to make the most of all.
