The Villa is a modern residence of 150 sq.m. in Kalpaki, Zakynthos that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a private entrance, parking spaces and is located in a quiet area overlooking Zakynthos Airport.As we move inside the villa there is a spacious living room with fireplace overlooking the lush garden and the pool . In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a modern brand new bathroom. The house consists of three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms with double beds, TV, air conditioning and large closets with shared balcony overlooking the back of the house and the green surroundings. An extra bed is provided in one of the bedrooms. The third smaller bedroom has a double bed and a window overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom next to this room.
The residence also offers a large fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy any of your daily meals and special summer moments with your loved ones.In the garden you will also find a barbecue, table tennis and a trampoline.
