Centrally located in the UMED district, you are minutes by foot to local trails, a short 10-minute drive to downtown Anchorage, and approximately 15 minutes to the airport. This prime location offers easy access to universities and medical facilities, including Providence, Alaska Native Medical Center, APU, and UAA.

• This is a residential neighborhood, so quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

• Smoking in or outside the property is strictly prohibited. Any type of smoking incurs a $250 fee and will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation.
