Located on the main strip in Jaco Beach, from the condo you can walk to 50+ restaurants, several markets, pubs, shops, movie theatre and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The condo features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and was recently remodeled with porcelain floors, marble bathroom, custom hardwood cabinetry throughout and stainless steel appliances.
The community is 24 hour gate guarded and there is a large community pool as well as plenty of secure parking.
The residence features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and the living area has a twin bed that doubles as the sofa and there is another twin bed that pulls out from underneath. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is A/C in the bedroom as well as in the main room. There are smart TV's in the living area and in the bedroom.
Please no smoking inside of the condo and no pets. This is a family friendly community and if you are looking to party and bring home "guests" then this condo is not for you.
The condo association has a very strict policy about renters bringing home guests. If you do not tell me about the total number of guests then the security guards will not let your guest(s) on the property. Furthermore they only allow a maximum of 6 different people to enter the condo for the duration of your stay. For example, if there are two people in your party then you will be allowed a maximum of 4 guests.
